CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE:
This is my 12th year of teaching, second at Camden Station Elementary. I taught 3 years at St. Raphael School in Louisville and 7 years at Harmony Elementary in Oldham County. My experience includes grades K, 1, and 2.
HOMETOWN:
I grew up in Louisville, KY. I currently live in Crestwood, KY.
EDUCATION:
Growing up, I attended St. Albert the Great School and Mercy Academy. I am thrilled to be a part of Oldham County Schools! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Eastern Kentucky University in 2001 and achieved my Master of Science in Education at Indiana University Southeast in 2006.
MY FAMILY:
I live in Crestwood with my husband, Denis and our six year old daughter, Lilly. We have one dog named Kale. I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family who lives nearby!
MY INTERESTS:
I enjoy spending time with my family in my free time - whether it be taking the dog for a walk, scrapbooking, watching tv shows, or visiting with family and friends. I love going to the beach (especially Hilton Head Island, SC) and shopping. I am a VERY big University of Kentucky fan. I enjoy going to UK football and basketball games. GO CATS!
